What are the new conference dates?


Due to the safety concerns of COVID-19, the conference has been postponed and NGRPC2021 will be held virtually on July 26th-July 29th, 2021.




Will my registration roll over to 2021?


If you have registered already, you will receive a refund and will have to resubmit an abstract and re-register for NGRPC2021.




I can no longer attend the new dates! Can I withdraw my registration?


Yes! We completely understand. To withdraw your presentation, please email Brad Sutliff at bpsut@vt.edu. You will receive a refund on your 2020 registration.




If my abstract was accepted in 2020, will it also be accepted for 2021?


No, we are requiring all participants to resubmit their abstracts.




Can I submit a new abstract?


Abstract submissions are now open for all those interested in NGRPC2021. Your 2020 submission will be disregarded.




Will there still be a career fair and tech expo?


Yes! We have an extensive line up of companies attending NGRPC2021 for the career fair and tech expo and are excited to bring these opportunities to polymer science and engineering grad students across the country.




Will you still provide travel awards?


No, the conferece is now entirely virtual and therefore we will not be offering travel awards.




I will have recently graduated by the time of NGRPC2021, but I still want to attend. Can I?


NGRPC2021 is open to all. If you graduated in fall 2020 or spring 2021, you can still register as a student for the conference. Post docs can also register as students. Any other young professionals will have to register at regular price.
