What are the new conference dates?


Due to the safety concerns of COVID-19, the conference has been postponed and NGRPC2021 will be held on July 26th-July 28th, 2021. We hope to see you there!




Will my registration roll over to 2021?


Yes! If you have registered already, we will transfer your registration and payment to next year’s dates and you do not have to do anything more.




I can no longer attend the new dates! Can I withdraw my registration?


Yes! We completely understand. To withdraw your presentation, please email Brad Sutliff at bpsut@vt.edu. And to withdraw your registration, please refer to the following document for instructions: https://tinyurl.com/yc2cgd33




If my abstract was accepted in 2020, will it also be accepted for 2021?


Yes, your abstract acceptance will carry over to 2021.




Can I submit a new abstract?


Abstract submissions will reopen for all those interested in NGRPC2021. If you would like to withdraw a previous submission and submit a new one, please reach out to Brad Sutliff at bpsut@vt.edu.




Will there still be a career fair and tech expo?


Yes! We have an extensive line up of companies attending NGRPC2021 for the career fair and tech expo and are excited to bring these opportunities to polymer science and engineering grad students across the country.




Will you still provide travel awards?


Yes! The application for travel awards will remain open until April 30th, 2021.




I will have recently graduated by the time of NGRPC2021, but I still want to attend. Can I?


NGRPC2021 is open to all. If you graduated in fall 2020 or spring 2021, you can still register as a student for the conference. Post docs can also register as students. Any other young professionals will have to register at regular price.
